Who we are

CHYSTO KOMFORT is a Ukrainian company registered at 117A Komendaria Vasylia Street, Uzhhorod, 88000, Ukraine. We decide how and why personal data collected through this website is handled, which makes us the controller of that data.

What we collect

We only hold what you choose to send us. Through the enquiry form that is your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give one, and the text of your message.

  • Contact details you enter in the enquiry form or send by email or telephone.
  • The content of your enquiry, including anything you describe about the work.
  • Your language choice, kept in your own browser so the site opens the way you left it.

The enquiry form does not transmit anything by itself. It opens a message in your own email program, which you send yourself, so nothing reaches us until you press send there.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, agree the scope and, where work follows, to perform the contract and meet the accounting and tax duties that come with it. The legal basis is your request before entering a contract, performance of that contract, and our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We pass it on only where the work requires it: to subcontractors and carriers, to banks for payment, and to state authorities where the law obliges us. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives the network request your browser makes for them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to twelve months, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period Ukrainian law requires, which is generally at least three years.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted where we are not obliged to keep it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Write to the address below and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one item in your browser: the language you picked. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
